I've been on school holidays this week. Dad took some time off as well and we all went down to Lake Bennett for a
couple of days. We hired a cabin on the lake which was brilliant. It even had canoes which mum, dad and I went in for a paddle around the lake. Dad said he was tired after the fourth go but that's because no-one else was paddling. On Saturday, Greg and Sandy came down. We all went for a swim in the lake. I was the furthest out as dad said I would make good
croc bait, whatever that is. Sandy and mum looked after me while Greg and dad put plastic chairs in the lake so they could sit and drink beer at the same time. Dad said he should patent the idea.
