Busy week

Well it's been a busy last few days. On Saturday I had a playdate with my friends Noah and Taylor at my house. We played outside and dad put out my new waterslide which Auntie Lyn gave me for my birthday,

On Sunday I went to the Playshack and met up with Cooper and his little brother Jaxon. Jaxon is 2 years younger than me but the same height!! We had great fun running up and sliding down the big wall.

Today we had an obstacle course at my pre-school. We had to do ten laps through hoops, over ladders and sliding down poles. It was great fun but now I am tired and ready for bed.

My First Photos

I went camping this weekend with mum and dad and Sandy and Greg. We went to Gunlom which is a waterfall in Kakadu where they filmed Crocodile Dundee. I took my first ever photos which I have posted on our blog of Greg and Sandy.

Mum and Dad also went to the top of the waterfall and took some photos of the top pools.

We had a lovely two days in the bush and next time I go back I want to climb to the top of the waterfall as well.

My Mum's Birthday Cake

Last weekend it was Mum's birthday and Dad and I bought a bithday cake for her. It was really yummy and Mum let me have a piece of chocolate from the side as well as letting me bl0w her candles out.

Grandma Lynny comes to stay

I have had Gramdma Lynny come and stay for the last week. She says that she is here to deliver some massage workshops but mum and dad say she's here to put me in my place, like going to bed on time, eating all my food and being polite. M&D say it's really working but wait until Grandma Lynny goes home!!

Grandpa Bob didn't come up this time. Last time Grandpa Bob stayed out at Humpty Doo and built a chook pen. I don't think he wanted to do something similar again.

Grandma Lynny goes home in two days time and I will her because she gives me huggles and kisses and she does numbers with me.

I had a play date with Matthew, Cooper and Jaxon today. We had a great time on my trampoline, bouncy castle and on our bikes.

Elephant Boy

Tonight I was in my school circus. I was an elephant and had to walk along a rope. It's hard wearing an elephant suit when it's 30 degrees centigrade but I did it - the show must go on.

Camping again

We've been camping again. We were going for three days but ended up just staying two nights out at Kakadu as Mum and Dad were grumpy due to lack of sleep. The problem the first night was caused by the camp ground bar/restaurant which thumped out loud music until late at night. This was followed last night by a concert in the local township which blasted into our tent until midnight. Mum and Dad were not happy campers.

Me on the other hand quiet enjoyed myself. I met a brother and sister from Adelaide who played with me, had a great time in the pool with dad (who didn't come in because the water was too cold - wooss!) and did some rock climbing.

Mum and dad got told off by a traditional owner for getting too near a sacred site - dad says 'that doesn't stop them taking my taxes.' This put mum and dad in another bad mood, until we found a super little cafe (Border Store) which made home made pies and french pastries - this cheered m&d up no end - it also had real coffee!!

Mum and dad also said that I missed some wildlife when I went to bed. We apparently had a stand off between two dingos after I went to sleeep. Dad also came across a five foot snake (which he thinks was an Olive Python, but not 100% sure) on the road walking back to the tent from the ablution block which dissapeared into the hedge next to the gents. Dad made me go to the other block in the morning.
